How do I create an account?

Download the Dune Fitness app and tap "Create New Account" on the login screen. Enter your email, password, date of birth, and select your role (Trainer or Client).

How do I connect with my trainer?

Ask your trainer for their invite code (e.g., ALI-7X3K). You can enter it during signup or later in the Profile tab under the Trainer section. Tap "LINK" to connect.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

How do I add friends?

Go to the Friends tab and tap the friends bar to open the friends modal. Search for a friend by their username, then tap "Add" to send a friend request. You can also use the "Invite Friend to App" button to share an invite link.

How do I change my color theme?

Go to the Profile tab, scroll to "Workout & App Preferences", and tap one of the three color theme options (Teal, Burnt Yellow, or Purple & Gold).

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and navigate to your Profile (tap the gear icon in the top right). Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account & Data." You will be asked to confirm twice before your account and all associated data are permanently removed. You can also contact us at support@dunefitness.co to request deletion.

Is my health data shared?

No. If you enable Health Sync, your workout data is synced directly between the app and Apple Health or Health Connect on your device. We do not store or share health platform data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
